I ordered a few pipe markers and, jumping to the important part first, everything showed up correctly. The site was easy enough to figure out, which I appreciated because I was kind of bouncing between tasks while ordering. Shipping was quicker than I expected too. Nothing really stood out in a bad way, so overall, good experience and I’d order again.

The product itself was fine once it arrived, but getting updates was more frustrating than I expected. Replies took a while, and when support did get back to me it was usually something like, “we’re checking on it” or “you should see an update soon,” which didn’t really clear things up. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but the unclear communication made the whole order feel more stressful than it needed to be.

I feel stupid for trusting them. The quality just wasn’t good at all, and it started peeling way faster than I expected. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I ordered from pipemarker.com thinking it would show up in a few days, but the delivery kept getting pushed back with almost no updates. I ended up having to chase people just to figure out what was going on, and even then it felt like nobody really knew who was responsible or wanted to take ownership of the issue. That said, I do wish the order details had been a little clearer upfront so I didn’t have to reach out in the first place. Overall though, it was a good experience and I’d probably use them again.

I’ve ordered from them before and have always wanted to stick with this brand, but my recent bulk order was a real mess. Several things were wrong, and for an order that big, it was frustrating to sort through. I ordered these pipe markers so we could get our labeling compliance squared away at the shop. They ended up matching what we needed, which was a relief!! The only thing was that it took me a little bit to find the right info on the site, so that part could’ve been easier. Shipping was fine, nothing super quick, but it got here without any issues. Overall, they did the job and I’d use them again if we need more.

The box showed up dented, which felt unnecessary, but thankfully everything inside was still fine. Not the best packaging experience, but at least the items weren’t damaged...

I ordered custom labels and was disappointed when I got them. The spacing looked off, and the text size wasn’t what I had in mind at all. I was expecting them to look a lot cleaner for my project, so it was frustrating to open the package and realize they weren’t really usable for what I needed.

I ordered these pipe markers and at first they looked good. Nice. But after a short time, the material started wearing down faster than I expected. Bummer. Some of the edges began lifting, and a few got scuffed up easily. They might be fine for light use, but they just didn’t hold up well in our area. Shipping was totally fine, though. The guy I talked to clearly knew the standards and explained what I needed in a way that actually made sense, which was nice because some of this labeling stuff can get ridiculous fast.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it took a bit longer to hear back than I was hoping. But once they did respond, the help was solid, and they got my order sorted out without making it a big hassle.

Right away, I had a feeling the print wasn’t as sharp as I expected. Up close it looked a little blurry, so it wasn’t the easiest to read. It’s okay, but my first impression was that the quality could be better.
